Dear user, after logging out and cancelling your Pleechu Live account, you will no longer be able to access or use Pleechu Live or any of its related products and services (hereinafter referred to as "Pleechu Live", "we", "our", or "us"). This includes all features such as live streaming, gifting, social interactions, and in-app purchases.

Upon successful cancellation of your account, unless otherwise required by law or government regulation, your personal information will be deleted or anonymized and cannot be recovered. Please proceed with caution.

If you still wish to cancel your account, please read this Account Cancellation Agreement ("Agreement") carefully. By initiating the cancellation process, you agree to all the terms and conditions in this Agreement, especially the disclaimers, limitations, and dispute clauses.

1. Effects of Account Cancellation

• You will lose access to all services and features under your Pleechu Live account.
• The following data will be permanently deleted or anonymized:
  • Personal profile data (e.g., nickname, avatar, mobile number)
  • User rights under the Privacy Policy
  • Chat records, friend lists, gift histories, purchase records, and other activity logs
• You agree to forfeit all virtual assets and services, including:
  • Virtual currency (coins, diamonds, etc.)
  • Unused gifts, props, or memberships
  • Levels, titles, earned rewards, and in-app privileges
  • Any ongoing or future benefits related to events, recharges, or rewards
• Cancelled accounts cannot be restored. Re-registering with the same mobile number or third-party login will create a new account with no connection to the previous one.
• All agreements and legal obligations you had with us will be considered terminated, except for liabilities incurred prior to cancellation (e.g., fraud, policy violation, unpaid dues, etc.).

2. Account Cancellation Conditions

To proceed, your account must:

• Belong to you legally and comply with our Terms of Use
• Be in a safe and active state (not under suspension or dispute)
• Have no unresolved purchases, recharges, or complaints
• Have no active investigations, reports, or legal disputes
• Not hold any unclaimed earnings or assets (or you agree to forfeit them)
• Meet other technical requirements specified by Pleechu Live

3. Cancellation Procedure

You can initiate cancellation through:

• The app settings menu → "Account & Privacy" → "Delete My Account"
• The official website (if applicable)
• Contacting customer service directly

Confirm your agreement with this policy and eligibility under Section 2.

We will verify your identity using the information linked to your account (such as phone number, email, or ID verification).

If all checks are passed, your cancellation request will be processed within 15 working days.

During the processing period, do not attempt to log in or use the account. If there are ongoing investigations or legal matters, we may suspend or delay the cancellation.

4. Legal & Jurisdiction

This policy is part of our User Agreement and Privacy Policy. In case of conflict, this Agreement shall prevail.

You are still responsible for any violations or liabilities incurred before cancellation.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pleechu Live operates.
