Pleechu Live — Terms of Service

1. Use of Service

Pleechu Live is a live voice and video streaming social app. You can go live, join rooms, chat, send gifts, and earn rewards. You must:

1. Be 18 years or older to use Pleechu.
2. Use the app in accordance with local laws and these Terms.
3. Not engage in any activity that is harmful, illegal, abusive, or misleading.
4. Accept that violation of these Terms may result in account or device ban.

3. Community Guidelines

7. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Pleechu Live, its owners, affiliates, and staff from all claims or liabilities arising from your use of the app, your content or actions, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You breach these Terms.
• You post illegal or prohibited content.
• You harm other users or our platform.

You may delete your account at any time via the “Delete Account” option in your settings. However, some data may remain visible or stored under legal compliance.

9. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please ensure you want to proceed before making payments. No refunds will be issued for completed transactions. Coins, gifts, or diamonds once purchased or sent are non-refundable. Attempting to dispute legitimate transactions may result in permanent bans of both your account and device.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws. Any disputes shall be settled through arbitration or submitted to a court, unless otherwise required by law.
